How could you describe your career path in few words?


A collection of experiences gained during a journey full of passion to learn more and acquire skills on the technical and managerial levels.

As an electrical engineer, passionate about her field, I was interested in the technical side of the carrier and developed myself until I assumed the position of Technical Design Office Manager at “MAM for Engineering Industries”, one of the panel builders of “Schneider Electric”.

My passion for the sustainable development of the work system, prompted me to provide some advice to the top management, which had a great praise, made me decide to give more attention to the field of administrative development and entrepreneurship.

During this period, I had gained a wider vision to utilize the experiences and knowledge acquainted during my career path and to provide a broader space for innovation to enhance the company's strategy for growth. This is where I was recommended for my new position to resume as a business development Manager.



What was your most challenging experience and it has changed your mindset?


One of the most difficult Challenges that I had to go through was adapting from my previous job description as a technical office engineer with leadership skills, interest in specifications and data sheets present in electrical catalogues to provide technical solutions, having a complete technical nature compared to business development post.

This challenge required me to enhance myself in having an economical vision and considering risk vs opportunity analysis and strategic planning.

Every challenge has to develop the mindset. I believe that to make a difference you need to start to think & act by a creative and inventive way. It’s not always easy, everyone resists change, by nature. Sometimes I face different opinions from my partners, team & managers. So, I try to be flexible, understanding, persistent until I find a way to explain the opportunity and benefit at the appropriate timing.



When you get surprised by unusual or uncertain context, what do you think?


From my past experiences in my career, I have had the privilege to a wider area of innovation, teach me to study the probabilities & take decisions, the courage to consult others on time. The sense of difference between what you can change & what you have to accept & adapt. These critical managerial skills all enhanced my agility in managing the change. So, I focus on the execution & create new options.

During any unusual or uncertain context, I have trained myself to abide by the following:

  • The world changes faster than you can imagine. So, we have to adopt a flexible mindset.

  • The human experience extended for millions of years which means we have the ability to evolve and adapt & move on.

  • Every situation has risks & opportunities; all you need to do is analyze the situation and make ends meet to best suit the situation.
